Going 'Green' A Vision for
Eco-Thriving Urban Communities

Urban Green Homes Community Redevelopment Research is an innovative, dedicated to revitalizing urban neighborhoods through sustainable real estate redevelopment. Our mission is to transform neglected, vacant, and underutilized starter homes into affordable, eco-friendly housing solutions. By integrating green technologies and energy-efficient designs, we’re not only making homes more affordable to purchase or rent, but also ensuring long-term savings on utility bills for residents, while improving the overall quality of their living environments

We focus on converting decaying urban properties into energy-efficient housing that reduce the carbon footprint and promote sustainability. Our green upgrades include the use of advancements in insulation, which helps maintain comfortable indoor temperatures year-round without the need for excessive heating or cooling. For properties where solar panels may not always be the most feasible option, we rely on alternative energy-saving solutions like high-performance insulation, energy-efficient windows, and natural ventilation to ensure homes stay energy-efficient and affordable.

In addition, we incorporate rainwater catchment systems into our homes, allowing residents to collect and reuse rainwater for irrigation, landscaping, or even household use. This not only reduces water consumption but also cuts down on water bills, creating a more sustainable living environment that benefits both the home and the larger community.

At our headquarters, we extend this vision to the world of local entrepreneurship. Our green office co-working space and event venue serve as a model for sustainable business practices, offering affordable workspaces that prioritize energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and reduced environmental impact. Entrepreneurs and small businesses that use our space will benefit from reduced operating costs through energy-saving technologies, all while enjoying a productive and inspiring environment.

By integrating green technologies into both residential and commercial spaces, we’re creating a future where sustainability and affordability go hand in hand. The savings on utilities, the healthier air quality, and the overall reduction in environmental impact will make green living a reality for more people, especially in urban areas. Urban Green Homes Community Redevelopment Corporation is committed to ensuring that green living is accessible and beneficial for all, empowering communities to thrive sustainably, one home and one business at a time.
