Since 1979, the founder of PC User Nerd has been hands-on with personal computers—starting just after earning their first associate degree. What began with learning how to type has grown into decades of practical, real-world tech experience that’s now being shared with clients who want down-to-earth, judgment-free help.

The Founder isn’t a tech specialist with certifications—but they know how to use a PC in the real world. Whether it’s creating a spreadsheet, doing a mail merge, organizing files, or learning Facebook basics, their mission is simple:
