Donna created PC User Nerd from decades of hands-on experience with computers, office technology, and helping others figure things out. A self-described “Geek by Nature, Helper by Choice,” she enjoys turning everyday tech frustrations into easy-to-follow solutions—with her trusty sidekick Niko 🐾 never too far away.
